Joseph E. Duffy

Joseph E. Duffy has been a leader in information technology sales and sales management for more than 20 years. Currently serving as a consultant, he previously held the position of Senior Vice President for Healthcare & Higher Education Sales at Oracle Corporation, where he had national responsibility for all sales and marketing activity in those sectors.

While at Oracle Duffy also held the position of Group Vice President responsible for sale operations and Group Vice President-Government Sales, Director of National Accounts for the U.S. Navy, and Vice President of DoD Sales. Previously, Duffy was at Wang Laboratories where he was responsible for major accounts including the Department of State. He received a B.A. from the University of Maryland and has completed executive studies at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business. Duffy resides with his family in Potomac, Md.
