The Rosetta Stone Language® Library replicates the natural learning that occurs when acquiring one’s native language. While working exclusively with the language being learned, words become associated with objects and ideas because they are introduced in an immersion context where meaning is clear and reinforcement is immediate. This approach uses the mind’s innate ability to directly associate sound with meaning, without translation into the learner’s native language. The program features a preview, a choice of exercises, speech recognition, dictation, and scoring and testing.
